Leafs forward Alex Kerfoot suspended two games for hit against Avalanche

The suspension is a career first for the 25-year-old Kerfoot, who will forfeit $37,634.40 U.S. in salary and sit out games Wednesday in Detroit and Friday in Buffalo.
